I rarely leave a review below five stars unless the experience felt disappointing. I ordered the grilled octopus risotto — while the portion was generous and the dish reasonably priced, the texture of the octopus was one of the worst I’ve had. It ended up being overly chewy on the inside and mushy on the outside. The risotto itself wasn’t particularly enjoyable either; the sauce tasted too meaty for an octopus dish, though this could be a matter of personal preference. Having just enjoyed many excellent octopus dishes in Portugal last week, the contrast was quite noticeable. I arrived hungry, but unfortunately couldn’t finish the dish. When I asked for dessert options, it took quite a while for the menu to arrive. The selection seemed too basic, especially considering the €16 price point — I was hoping for something more creative and well-executed. As a result, I decided to skip dessert and asked for the bill, but once again it took longer than expected to receive it. Service was friendly but very slow. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the overall food experience and pacing of the meal didn’t quite live up to expectations.

Came here on business. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, seating is great, seats are comfortable. I order the Carbonara on the first evening. It was very good (the sauce was a little too rich for me, but that's a personal thing). The next evening I had the braised veal, and that was amazing..cooked perfectly, the risotto was on point and with a glass of their Chardonnay I was extremely happy with the overall experience. Yes I would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful experience at Filia Bar! We were well cared for by Romeo and William! They both were so fun to talk with and really made our first trip to Paris special. We sat at the bar, enjoyed great wines, pizza and surprise desserts. Romeo and William made our experience so special! I'll miss them and if we are able to visit again, I hope they are still here! Highly recommend 😊🥰
